What is a kodi build ?

A kodi build is a collection of third party Kodi addons. Kodi builds generally consist of a custom skin to change the way kodi looks that links to a collection of third party kodi addons that provide content streamed over the internet. They also generally have a build addon to keep the kodi build updated if needed.

Please note: these third party add-ons are not supported by the official Kodi team so support for them should not be sought in the official Kodi forums.
